What will be your daily pursuit?:
You will grow the business by finding, engaging and hiring great talent. In partnership with the broader talent acquisition team, you will develop and execute recruitment strategies that bring over 1,000 new team members onto the team each year, supporting our 10 restaurants, 11 hotels, 8 attractions and transportation in our Banff Jasper Collection. You will be the expert in recruiting Food & Beverage and Culinary team members.
What will you do in this job?:
Full cycle recruitment for the high volume hiring of seasonal and full-time staff, focusing on sourcing hard-to-fill roles and food & beverage
In partnership with the Head of Talent Acquisition and broader TA team, develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to draw a large number of qualified candidates for assigned jobs
Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers and leadership
Collaborate and consult with hiring managers to determine position requirements and recruitment strategy
Use best practices in sourcing, engaging candidates and managing the recruitment process
Provide weekly reporting to hiring managers
Meet KPIs, SLAs and hiring targets
Keep the applicant tracking system up to date
Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition and the broader Talent Acquisition team on continuous improvement of recruitment processes
Key administrator in the company’s applicant tracking system, including supporting and training Hiring Managers in their use of the system
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
Require d Experience
3-5 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
High-volume recruiting experience
Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates

Preferred Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience recruiting in an agency setting
Experience recruiting Food & Beverage and/or culinary talent

Skills
Skilled in relationships, you will easily build rapport and partnerships across the business to deeply understand the needs of various teams
You are adept with sourcing methods and tools, knowing how to attract and inspire candidates with a compelling narrative
You can advise and influence your partners across the business about market intelligence, candidate experience and skill, and when interview processes might need changing or adapting
You understand a fast-paced and high-growth environment and know how to target candidates that would thrive in our setting
A natural advocate for Pursuit Collection, you will push our brand in the market through our employer brand strategy, attracting exceptional talent and building a compelling culture
