Welcome! - Banff Park Lodge collection of hotels operates 3 properties - Banff Park Lodge Resort Hotel & Conference Center, Bow View Lodge, and Peaks Hotel & Suites - all with an ideal location, steps away from lively downtown Banff on one side and from peaceful, glacier-fed Bow River on the other.

- Crave Mountain Grill, our well loved breakfast buffet offering the usual favourites and then some.

Responsibilities:

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
Report to and follow instructions from Executive Chef and Sous Chef
Maintain clean and safe work station
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Minimize food waste and spoilage
Ideal Candidate:

Aspiring to become an apprentice
One year of experience in a kitchen required, hotel restaurant cooking is an asset
Prepares high quality food and follows superior sanitation standards
Is physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy items and standing for long periods of time
Is a team player, able to work in close conditions with several other people
