What will be your daily pursuit?:
Assisting guests loading and unloading tour and rental boats, ensuring that each customer interaction is friendly, courteous, and professional.

This fun, summer job runs from April/May until September/October.
Compensation:
The starting salary for this role is $16.00 per hour.

What will you do in this job?:
Be prepared for a fast-paced outdoor work environment with changing conditions
Demonstrate a positive attitude and good communication skills
Ensure that a high level of customer service is given to each guest
Introduce and enforce safe boating rules
Operate POS systems; assist guests in completing rental agreement forms
Provide on water assistance and ensure all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience
Perform daily checks on rental boats and docks
Small daily maintenance tasks
Sustain a safe environment in all areas controlled by Minnewanka Lake
Participate in the global effort to keep all areas of Minnewanka clean and wildlife safe
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
High attention to detail and good communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Mechanically inclined
Ability to think calmly and clearly in any situation
Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC), support and course reimbursement provided
Second language an asset
