Full Job Description
Conveniently located in the Town of Banff, just steps away from the glacier-fed Bow River, Banff Park Lodge is a full-service Resort Hotel and Conference Centre. The Banff Park Lodge has two sister properties: the Bow View Lodge and the Peaks Hotel & Suites.

We are seeking one full-time, permanent Reservation Agent to work day shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Employee incentives:

Term bonus after 6 months.
Summer Incentive bonus.
Discount on hotel rooms and on food and drinks in our 2 in-house restaurants.
Monthly staff socials.
Health benefits available after 6 months of employment.
Staff accommodation from $8.00 per day and based on availability.
Duties include:

Answer phone calls, operate switchboard.
Make, modify, or cancel room reservations
Check online availability and rates
Ensure PCI compliance, follow online security standards.
Price match online quotes.
Process digital credit card authorizations and payments.
Prepare reports.
Provide information on hotel facilities and services.
Assist guests with special needs.
Provide information on Town of Banff, restaurants, and Banff National Park.
Clerical duties.
Other projects as required.
