What will you do in this job?:
Coordinate with Maintenance Manager and Supervisors
Ensure adequate upkeep of mechanical equipment
Perform repairs and maintenance in guest rooms and common areas of the property
Tracking and performing preventative maintenance
Caring for walk ways, lawns and flower gardens
Garbage removal as necessary
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
Current Alberta Driver's License
Able to speak, read, write and understand English
Basic computer skills an asset
Able to lift up to 20lbs (frequently) up to 100lbs (occasionally)
Prior maintenance experience in a hotel environment
Previous trade experience an asset
