SEASONAL POSITION - PROSERVE REQUIRED

SERVER JOB DESCRIPTION:

Offering a warm welcome to customers and directing them to their respective seating areas
Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
Informing customers of daily special menu items
Accurately relaying customers’ orders and specific requests to the kitchen staff.
Ensuring customers are receiving the correct orders before delivering meals to the tables
Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products: upsell
Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
Issue bills and accept payments
Do individual cash outs at the end of your shift

We want you to be part of the Johnston Canyon team. We work in a fast-paced environment in the Rockies. We see extremely high turnover, need to be able to work under pressure and be efficient, strive in team work.Lunch menu is higher level pub style. Dinner is fine-dining.
