General Manager

The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business operations of the venue. Through the exercise of discretion and independent judgment, the GM has overall supervisory and managerial responsibility for the daily operations of a single venue ensuring desired outcomes (i.e., increased sales, profitability, and employee retention). The GM mobilizes the venue management team to oversee the financial controls, operations, people development, guest experience and compliance within the venue.

What You’ll Do:

If it’s happening in the restaurant, you are a part of it! Planning, executing, elevating - you do it all
You like systems and processes, so you’ll focus on getting those right for your team
You do what it takes to increase sales and minimize costs without compromising quality
Manage all areas of the restaurant and makes final decisions on matters of importance
Effectively communicate and interact with all departments across the venue including BOH management team, as well as BHC Head Office
