Job Description

We are looking for Seasonal Retail Sales Associates to join our team for our holiday season (September to January)!

The Part-Time Seasonal Sales Associate is accountable for creating and providing outstanding experiences that allow customers to continuously conquer the outdoors! They will assist in the execution of store functions in relation to customer experience and store operations.

What You’ll Do:

Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and productivity standards
Contribute to a positive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and partnership with the store team
Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions
Assist in driving our Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other selling and service metrics such as conversion, average dollar per transaction, average unit retail, etc.
Contribute to the store’s Units per Transaction (UPT) by introducing new, underperforming, and strategic categories
Develop, maintain, and drive personal customer relationship management through clienteling and after-sale customer engagement
Follow store operating procedures to minimize store shrink
Handle all Point of sale (POS) transactions in compliance with company standards
Support in the upkeeping of overall physical store maintenance and standards

Qualifications

Let’s Talk About You:

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in customer focused environment
Proven record of successful sales performance
Previous experience working with affluent and luxury brands in high-traffic locations
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-orientated environment
Excellent communication and social skills
Basic skills in Microsoft Office
Bonus points for proficiency in another language
Must be available to work during the holiday season
