SPA RECEPTIONIST

We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our guest services team at Cedar & Sage Spa.

C&S is a busy, downtown holistic spa located in beautiful Banff, with a focus on wellness & sustainability. Locally owned, and rated #1 spa in Banff on TripAdvisor since 2014, our team strives to deliver exceptional client care.

Responsibilities include creating reservations & organizing the client schedule, selling retail, checking clients in and out, serving refreshments, answering phone and email enquiries, light cleaning & laundry.

Must have excellent customer service skills, a warm & friendly demeanour, & a strong ability to multi-task.

Previous reception and/or spa experience is an asset but not required.
