Mountain Men Mechanics is looking for a Service Writer/advisor to join our shop.

Join a great team in beautiful Banff. Learn about Parts and maintenance on vehicles. We are willing to teach you so starting with a good attitude and willingness to learn will get you far.

The job includes:

Answering customer phone calls and emails
Being the in person - first point of contact for customers
Ordering parts
Quoting repairs (Something you can be taught)
Being the liaison between mechanics and customers
Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm with 30min-1 hour lunch
No previous service advisors experience required but it is an asset.
Interest in vehicles
Effective computer skills
Strong Verbal and written Communication skills
Staff accommodation available
Your key objective is to help the customer feel welcome and informed during their service experience with Mountain Men Mechanics. In order to be successful you need to have a positive attitude, enjoy working with people and solving customer concerns. We like to employ people that have passions outside of work and are not afraid to talk about them. We like people who have a zest for learning and a desire to share what they know.
