Stoneridge Mountain Resort Canmore is currently hiring for a Night Auditor.

Night Auditor plays a vital role in managing the overnight front desk operations.

Responsibilities for this role include:

Greeting all guests and owners in a friendly and professional manner
Completing end of day procedures
Preparing various reports for management & accounting department
Accurately run end of day closing operations for applicable business units
Balancing debit and credit transactions
Processing check in and check outs
Preparing arrival documents
Creating reservations and processing special requests
Handling all guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, keeping the appropriate Manager informed or involving Manager as needed
Handling financial transactions including cash, debit, and credit tenders, with confidentiality in mind
Always maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring front desk is always stocked with office supplies
Adhere to all work rules, procedures and policies established by the company including, but not limited to those contained in the associate handbook.
Other relevant and related duties as assigned
Supportive Functions

1 year of front desk experience, preference given to those with overnight experience
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Committed to delivering the highest level of guest service and satisfaction
Ability to productively work unsupervised, maintaining a constant sense of urgency
Great organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Qualified applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada and, where applicable, possess a valid work or study permit that allows the candidate to fulfill the requirements of the role
Be professional, responsible and mature in conduct and behavior
Be self-motivated and use time wisely

Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must possess basic computer skills.
Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services, and facilities.
Physical Requirements

Walking and standing are required for close to 70% of the working day.
