Census enumerators identify dwellings on maps, conduct personal interviews and follow up with respondents, in person and by phone.

Enumerators work part time and schedules vary, with most of the work completed in the evening and on weekends.

In the current context of COVID-19, for the safety of both respondents and employees, staff will be provided with personal safety equipment and will practice physical distancing when performing census collection activities.
