What you are responsible for:

Answer phones act as a source of communication.
Assist customers in making, altering, or canceling reservations
Assist the front desk and Group Sales in Group/Travel Agency reservations.
Respond to emails with reservation information, confirmations, and additional details
Advise customers regarding ongoing promotions or available upgrades that may enhance their experience, practise upselling/suggestive selling etc.
Answer questions regarding rooms, facilities, rates, and events
Input reservations into PMS system that come through Reservations e-mail.
Input group rooming lists
Be a point of contact for groups checking in
Cross reference OTA invoices to ensure accuracy/reconciling commissions.
Input e-mail reservations into PMS system from wholesale FIT clients.
Accurately record customer information and charge credit cards upon successful reservations
Support front desk operations.
