HOW WE WORK

Solutions Focused Leaders; We as a team strive to find solutions for challenges that we face rather than be in complaint. We are solving for the future in mind (what might ‘break’ at a certain volume/store count)
Personal Responsibility; We as a team take personal responsibility for our actions as well as those of our teams and business.
Initiative + Proactive; We take initiative to do things before we are asked, we anticipate what is needed and do it.
Creative; We are creative and think outside of the box to develop our people, drive results and create experiences for our customers.
Take Risk and Fail Fast; We try new things and fail, likely a lot, most importantly we learn from it.
Be Confident; We are confident, if we have an idea, we share it. If we think that there is a better or different way to do something, we share it. We honor our experience and ideas to contribute to the team and organization.
Relentlessly Prioritize; We know that everything cannot be a priority. We know what we are saying “yes” to and what we are saying “no” to.
Customer Focused; We make decisions with the customer in mind, always. We have two customers, external customers as well as internal employees.
People First, Always; We lead with both our customers and employees in mind, always.
We are Honest; even when it’s hard, we do the right thing, which is likely never the easy thing. Because clear is kind.
