The Meadow Spa & Pools provides time and space for our guests to relax and rejuvenate. Our indulgent spa experiences including massages, body treatments, facials, nail services, waxing and couples packages.

Take the next step in your career as a Spa Reception Supervisor. As Reception Supervisor you will be responsible for the overall operation of the reception area, performing front desk and office administrative work as required.

The right candidate embodies the Caribou spirit including:
Prior reception, administration and customer service experience in a spa or similar environment.
Prior knowledge of spa operations is considered a strong asset.
Pro Serve Certification.
A positive, team focused, can-do attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
Strong organizational, prioritization and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication (English is essential) and numerical skill.

What Will you Be Doing:
Establish goals and performance measures for the Spa Reception Team.
Assist with cost management, inventory and purchasing within annual budgets.
Motivate, develop and lead to get the best performance from colleagues.
Create an enjoyable and productive work environment that embodies Banff Lodging Co. core philosophies.
Help development of policies and procedures that support smooth spa operations and exceptional guest service.
Engage customers face to face and over the phone, sharing knowledge of spa facilities, treatments, products and amenities.
Book appointments, welcome guests and liaise with Massage Therapists and Aestheticians.
Process payment transactions.
Assist the spa manager with inventory management, payroll and scheduling as required.
