Bloom Hair Studio, in the stunning mountain town of Banff, Alberta, is looking to add another talented and experienced stylist to our team! We are looking for a team member who is passionate about all things hair; from cuts, colours, and styling, to produce effortlessly beautiful hair. At Bloom, we have a brand new 3 chair space that brings a modern and luxury touch to the mountains. If you are driven, love keeping up with the newest hair trends, and have a desire to make your clients look and feel their best, we want you!!

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience
- Perform a variety of hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences
- Recommend and sell hair care products to clients
- Sanitize and maintain salon equipment and workstations
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and handling payments
- Upsell additional salon services or products to clients

Experience:
- Proficient in a wide range of hair styling techniques and trends
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
- Proven track record in retail sales, with the ability to upsell salon products
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a salon setting is a plus
