**Position Overview:**

We are seeking an Electrical Coordinator who can seamlessly blend office responsibilities with on-site support. The Electrical Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, overseeing them from inception to completion. Additionally, this role requires a strong technical background in electrical drawings and concepts and active involvement in field-related activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-Project Management: Coordinate and manage electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

-Order Management: Responsible for direction of purchaser to order project materials and ensure deliveries align with project timelines.

-Approval Drawings: Prepare and complete approval drawings in compliance with industry standards.

-Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Autodesk and EasyPower for project design and electrical analysis.

-CAD Familiarity: Read and interpret line drawings to support project requirements.

-Electrical Drawings: Develop and review electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts.

-Conceptual Understanding: Possess a deep understanding of electrical concepts and systems.

-Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations and electrical code standards.

-Team Collaboration: Work closely with electrical crews and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.

-Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.

-Customer Support: Provide tailored solutions to customer projects. Attend site meetings and walkthroughs. Gauge customer requirements to supply required information to estimator to support creation of accurate quotations.

-Employee Support: Travel to sites to provide vision and direction for crews on projects. Make determinations of high priority tasks. Provide clarifications on drawings and project specific items. Deliver critical materials as required.

**Qualifications:**

- Journeyman Electrician Certification is an asset.

- Proven experience in project coordination and electrical administration.

- Proficiency in Autodesk, EasyPower, and CAD software.

- Strong knowledge of electrical drawings and concepts.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
