Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive client engagement and strategic account expansion.
Leverage relationships within the live entertainment, esports, and experiential event ecosystems to generate new opportunities and partnerships.
Negotiate renewals, upsells, and cross-sells that maximize client value and profitability.
Guide, mentor, and support Client Success Managers across time zones, ensuring accountability and exceptional delivery.
Navigate cross-functional priorities between production, marketing, and creative teams in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Maintain clarity and accountability across global teams using structured documentation, Slack/Asana updates, and proactive follow-ups.
Enforce accuracy, completeness, and data integrity in client records to drive forecasting and reporting precision.
Monitor entertainment and gaming trends to anticipate client needs and inform new product and service offerings.
Partner with Production, Creative, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Attend expos, tournaments, and live shows to build brand presence and nurture relationships.
Implement scalable processes and communication standards across global teams.
Deliver consistent pipeline updates and executive-ready reporting on sales and client performance.
