The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a driven, style-conscious, and customer-focused individuals to join our retail front line team. You’ll be the face of Alberta Boot — welcoming clients, offering expert product knowledge, and creating a memorable in-store experience that reflects the heart of our brand.

Position Overview:

Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience rooted in authenticity and expert product knowledge
Support daily operations including sales, merchandising, inventory, and cleanliness
Maintain a strong understanding of our products, heritage, and craftsmanship to educate and engage customers
Consistently demonstrate attention to detail and pride in presentation
Work collaboratively with the team to exceed sales goals and uphold brand standards
Qualifications

Proven experience in retail or customer service, with a focus on delivering high-quality, personalized experiences
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to connect with diverse customers
Passion for Western lifestyle, fashion, or heritage brands, with a keen sense of style
Highly motivated, reliable, and solutions-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and receiving feedback for growth
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed
Full availability for scheduled shifts and any mandatory training
