Why Join Mountainscape?

At Mountainscape, we specialize in creating unforgettable experiences — from corporate gatherings to custom weddings and premium event rentals — all set against the stunning backdrop of the Rockies. We thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where collaboration is key, and client satisfaction is everything. Every event is a new adventure, and no two days are ever the same — which is exactly how we like it.

Our team pulls together to make magic happen, whether it is a mountaintop wedding or a large-scale corporate celebration. If you are a proactive, detail-loving professional who enjoys solving challenges on the fly, working with passionate people, and celebrating big wins together, you will feel right at home here.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team!

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who brings professionalism, warmth, and precision to every client interaction. This dual role works with both our rental department and our wedding division. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, setting the tone for their entire experience with Mountainscape. This position reports jointly to our Rental Sales Manager and Senior Wedding Planner.

What You will Do

Rental Sales

Engage with clients via email, phone, and in-person to understand their rental needs
Create and manage quotes, contracts, and invoices with accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with the operations team to efficiently manage logistics and inventory
Build lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver exceptional service from inquiry to completion
Wedding Support

Conduct initial consultations (virtual and in-person) with wedding clients
Assist in the preparation of customized proposals and event timelines
Support the wedding team with communications, scheduling, and coordination
Collaborate with the events team to ensure smooth handoff after booking
Help with administrative tasks and attending events to provide on-site support when needed
General Duties:

Keep CRM and booking systems updated with client and event details
Represent Mountain Scape Group with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a client-first mindset
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
Provide on-site support for wedding and live events
Be ready to jump in and support teammates across departments when needed — we are all in this together!
What You Bring to the Team

Completion of secondary school (required)
2+ years of proven sales experience (hospitality, lodging, catering, or events preferred)
Strong sales and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Docs/Sheets, project management tools, and CRM platforms
A self-starter attitude with a collaborative spirit
A genuine passion for events and creating memorable client experiences
Polished and professional presence — you will be selling to clients who expect the best for their milestone events, and your ability to deliver a high-touch experience sets the tone for everything that follows
Your Work Schedule

Weddings and events do not always stick to a 9-to-5 — and neither do we! While a typical week is around 40 hours, you will need to be flexible. Evening and weekend shifts are part of the magic, and yes, overtime may be required when things get busy. We will keep you in the loop with your schedule, and you will always know what is coming.

What You Get Back

Extended health & dental coverage – because your well-being matters
Tuition Reimbursement Program – to sharpen your skills and knowledge
Staff discounts – enjoy discounts on rentals and services
Long service awards – because we celebrate commitment to our team
Team events & celebrations – we work hard and celebrate harder
Opportunity to earn overtime – extra effort, extra rewards
This position may include access to staff accommodation. If you are selected for an interview, we can discuss availability and whether this option would be helpful for you.
Work Environment:

Flexibility to support weekend or evening events occasionally
Fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused team culture
Our Commitment to Equality

Mountainscape is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace. We welcome and encourage applications from all qualified individuals, regardless of race, colour, ancestry, place of origin, religious beliefs, gender identity or expression, age, physical or mental disability, marital or family status, source of income, or sexual orientation. We believe that a diverse team strengthens our ability to create exceptional experiences for our clients.

Join Us!

At Mountainscape, every day is an opportunity to make magic — for our clients and for each other. If you are passionate about events and thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment, we cannot wait to meet you.
