WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Provide top-notch customer service including personalized fittings.
Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies.
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
Process transactions, exchanges, and refunds according to store policies.
Close and reconcile transactions at the end of the shift.
Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Energetic and dynamic, results oriented personality.
Ability to work in a team and handle challenging situations.
Experience in merchandising preferred.
Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends & evenings.
Be an advocate for the brand, and a team player.
