SkiBig3 is currently recruiting for the full-time seasonal position of Guest Experience Agent to join our team. This position is seasonal with a mid-October start date.

Reporting to the Manager of People Operations, the primary focus of the person in this role is to provide overall administrative support for all SkiBig3 departments at Head Office. The Guest Experience Agent will be performing daily duties & responsibilities outlined below:

Admin Guest Experience Support

Provide complete administrative support to the Manager of People Operations
Answer and direct emails from info@skibig3.com
Season pass printing and mail out.
Monitor & maintain stock & supplies e.g. season pass stock, lift ticket stock, envelopes, ticket ties etc.
Liaise with resort Hub, Reservations and Guest Services teams, to manage supplies (season pass stock/lift tickets etc.)
Answer, screen and direct all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.
Courier Shipments
Assist with organizing staff meetings, events and functions with sub-committees and leadership team included.
Collect and distribute incoming and outgoing company mail.
Provide front desk help to walk-in guests.
Place orders for office & Adventure Hub supplies eg: cleaning products and stationery.
Organize contra deals, donation requests & prize exchange.
Manage the Xerox machine & maintain supplies.
Liaise with resort transportation supervisor to ensure shuttle schedules are posted on the SkiBig3 website in a timely manner.
Reservations Guest Experience Support

Process season pass refund requests and Hub purchased lift ticket refund requests
Peak season support for the reservations and rentals departments, including help with pick-up and deliveries of lift tickets and rental equipment if needed.
Support Reservations via emails, Chat and social channels
Distribute and track guest reviews via all guest feedback channels (trip advisor, google, surveys, social etc.)
Snow School Reservations Support
Required Skills & Experience:

Ability to learn systems including reservations, ticket and pass and scheduling software.
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
Computer skills in Word, Excel and ‘Outlook’ essential.
Previous office experience is an asset
Team orientated.
Detail oriented.
Professional.
Valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving record is considered an asset.
