About us

Storm Mountain Lodge is a historic resort with nightly cabin rentals and a fine dining restaurant on site. We are located just four minutes south of the Castle Mountain junction on Hwy 93. We offer FREE shared Staff Accommodation and on shift meals for our staff members.

Fine Dining Server/ Front Desk Attendant

Our Lodge is looking for a hospitality professional with a passion for the art of exceptional guest services to join our team as a Fine Dining Server and Front Desk Attendant combined. Our ideal candidate is a well-spoken individual who is knowledgeable about our lodge, cabins and cuisine. You should pride yourself on flawless execution and attention to detail, as you may assist with plating in addition to providing exceptional table service to our customers and maintaining table appearance. While we do not require you to have experience with our POS or reservation systems, all applicants must have prior experience in hospitality and or food service, preferably in a fine dining environment.

· Guest Check-Ins and Check Outs

· Answering Phone Calls and Emails

· Taking Cabin and Dining Room Reservations

· Execution of Fine Dining Food and Beverage Service

o Professional appearance

o Knowledge about our lodge, cabins and cuisine

o Knowledge about wine and beverage pairings

o Presentation skills – plating, cocktail execution

o Attention to detail

o Provide exceptional table service

o Answer menu questions

o Make drink recommendations, make and serve drinks

o Maintain table appearance

o Course food items appropriately

o Perform side work and end-of-shift closeout tasks

Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
