Full job description
Mountain Folk Coffee Co. is a new specialty coffee shop set to open May Long Weekend. We will offer smoothies, fresh pressed juices, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free food and treats.

Baristas:

-Previous experience working on espresso machines in high-volume settings

-Ideally, have experience working on a La Marzocco Linea PB

-Great attention to detail and accuracy in milk heating and frothing

-Ability to do basic latte art

-Ability to learn new recipes and processes

Kitchen Hands:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen
- Ability to take direction and follow standard procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organization and time-management skills. Thorough cleaning of kitchen area daily.

Front Counter:

-Friendly, positive and engaging with customers

-Speed and accuracy in entering orders

-Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure

Part-time and full-time hours available for all positions.
