New Restaurant Staff – Summer Season Hiring

Location: Banff Clocktower Mall (Main Street)

We are seeking passionate Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic restaurant team for the busy summer season!

If you love food and take pride in your work, this is a great opportunity to grow and shine with us.

Employment Period:

Start immediately until the end of October (extension possible)
Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation, plating, and meal assembly
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Follow food safety guidelines and procedures
Support kitchen operations and collaborate with the team
Bring creativity and care to each and every dish
Requirements:

Minimum 6 months experience in a Japanese or Asian restaurant kitchen (line cook or plating experience)
Understanding of food safety and handling standards
Ability to stay calm and responsible under pressure
Passion for delivering quality in every plate
Team-oriented and reliable
Work Conditions:

$17 per hour to start
Full-time (30+ hours per week)
Uniform (T-shirt, apron, and cap) provided
Easy access: Located on Banff’s Main Street (Clocktower Mall, 1st floor)
Notes:

As the kitchen is open to customers, maintaining a neat appearance and friendly attitude is a key part of the job.
