Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our construction and maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing principles, mechanical systems, and construction practices to ensure safe and efficient operations. Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with blueprints and schematics
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to execute precise installations
Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction tools to complete tasks efficiently
Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during installation or repair processes
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs promptly
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols
Assist in the assembly of plumbing components and related systems as required
Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in plumbing systems, GAS, HVAC, carpentry, and construction practices
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics for installation and repair tasks
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout work
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
Knowledge of commercial driving preferred for transporting materials or equipment to job sites
Familiarity with schematics and assembly instructions for complex plumbing systems
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
