Every day in Banff brings customers from across the globe — road trips, ski trips, honeymoons, and once-in-a-lifetime adventures. As a Rental Sales & Service Agent, you’re not just handing over keys — you’re setting the tone for their entire trip.

This role is fast-paced, customer-facing, and sales-driven, perfect for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys responsibility.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact at the counter, on the phone, and via email
Create, modify, and manage vehicle reservations using rental software
Upsell & cross-sell vehicles, protection products, and upgrades
Perform vehicle inspections (cleanliness & damage checks)
Track fleet movement and availability in a high-volume environment
Maintain security of vehicles, keys, and office equipment
Communicate efficiently via text, calls, and email
Resolve customer concerns professionally while keeping transactions moving
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Strong communication & customer service skills
Sales-oriented mindset (confidence recommending upgrades is essential)
Detail-focused — accuracy matters with vehicles, contracts, and customers
Able to stay calm and organized in busy, fast-changing situations
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Basic computer skills (booking systems, email, data entry)
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Willingness to work weekends & holidays (non-negotiable in Banff)
Experience:

6+ months in customer service or sales is preferred, not required
Training provided for the right candidate
