Your role:

Perform all aspects of printing, filing, assembling, dissemination and filing of client tax returns and related documentation.
Answering phones and directing calls to the wider team.
Greeting clients and directing their in-person or digital requests appropriately.
Liaise with clients when they pick-up their tax returns/documentation to ensure they are executed accurately, and client questions are directed appropriately.
Managing courier requests.
Managing and creating appointments.
Manage postal mail, including sending and tracking time sensitive and date stamped packages.
Scanning and distribution of client documentation and postal mail to appropriate staff and Partners.
Down/upload documents to/from our ShareFile portal system, then scan and file same.
Being a key communicator for the larger team, primarily using MS Teams software for communications.
Track the status of client's income tax files, through our CCH Dashboard system.
Navigating the workflow through our practice management software.

What you bring to the table:

Exemplary client service, interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong skills in accuracy, attention to detail and thoroughness in the work they generate.
Strong capability to learn to navigate new software, and working knowledge of MS Office365. Professional use of MS Teams is an asset, training and ongoing support will be provided as needed.
Capability to keep documentation confidential and strong attention to safeguard our computer systems while using them.
Strong professional maturity demonstrating a mastery to manage multiple client requests, and various tasks concurrently within a busy office.
Ability to treat all information confidentially both on the job and permanently.
Previous administration experience in a professional environment is preferred.
