Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled person to join our vibrant culinary team! In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for creating beautiful, delicious baked goods and confections, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, and confections, adhering to established recipes and standards
Decorate cakes and desserts with artistic flair using various cake decorating techniques to create visually appealing products
Handle food production tasks such as mixing, baking, portioning, and assembling ingredients efficiently
Package finished products carefully to maintain freshness and presentation for retail or catering purposes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist with food handling procedures, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients
Support catering events by preparing specialty items and delivering excellent customer service
Requirements

Proven experience in cake decorating, baking, or pastry arts within a food industry setting
Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and knife handling
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices in a commercial kitchen
Experience with food packaging, presentation, and portion control
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients or team members
Prior kitchen experience in restaurants or catering environments is highly desirable
Culinary experience involving food handling, food production, or bakery operations is preferred
