Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, supervising kitchen operations within your designated station, and ensuring exceptional food presentation and safety standards. Duties

Prepare and cook dishes to meet the restaurant’s high standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate served
Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, such as grill, pastry, or seafood stations, managing food production efficiently
Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster teamwork and skill development
Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations across all food handling and preparation activities
Manage inventory levels for your station, including stock control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through effective inventory management
Collaborate with the head chef and other team members to plan menus that align with culinary standards and customer preferences
Assist in catering events and banquet preparations, ensuring timely delivery of beautifully presented dishes in large-scale settings
Support kitchen management during shift changes by ensuring smooth operations and effective communication among team members
Experience

Proven experience working in fine dining establishments with a strong background in food production and presentation
Previous supervisory or team management experience within a kitchen environment
Extensive banquet experience, including large-scale food service for events or conferences
Knowledge of dietary requirements and ability to prepare specialized menus accordingly
Demonstrated expertise in inventory control, food safety practices, and kitchen management procedures
Familiarity with catering operations, restaurant management principles, and shift coordination
Strong culinary skills across various cuisines with a focus on quality, consistency, and innovation
