Job Overview
As Fairmont Gold Supervisor, you will be an integral part of delivering luxury service to guests on Fairmont Gold, the hotel’s exclusive guest floor. You will oversee the daily operations of the front desk and rooms, ensuring an exceptional, personalized guest experience.

Responsibilities

Consistently offer professional, warm, personalized, friendly and engaging service
Assist in ensuring all Fairmont Gold standards and operating procedures are adhered to
Review all Fairmont Gold reservations to ensure requests are met, and anticipate the needs of arriving guests
Ensure the highest possible revenues are generated for Fairmont Gold, working with the Front Office team on daily upsell programs
Handle guest concerns and react quickly, ensuring that we can recovery remarkably
Maintain guest profiles to ensure preferences are logged and used to wow guests
Provide thoughtful and knowledgeable Concierge information to our guests about local and area attractions
Requirements

Previous guest service experience required
Previous Property Management System experience required
Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
Candidates must be legal to serve alcohol in Alberta (18 years of age) and must possess ProServe certification
You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
