At BCP, we believe in supporting our team members' personal and professional growth through collaboration, encouragement, and opportunities to thrive in one of Canada’s most iconic and vibrant destinations. Join us and be part of a culture that values connection, adventure, and excellence.

At Chili’s Grill & Bar Banff, we believe great food, bold flavours, and genuine hospitality bring people together. We’re looking for a Restaurant General Manager who brings the same energy to leadership as we bring to the plate.

The General Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and control of all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant, lounge and room service. This role leads from the front, setting the tone on the floor, building strong teams, and delivering crave worthy guest experiences every shift.

You’ll follow BCP and Chili’s brand standards while achieving (and beating) sales, labour, and cost budgets in a fast paced, high volume resort environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and manage annual budgets for all areas of the Food & Beverage operation—with a sharp eye on performance and profitability.
Meet or exceed the annual Restaurant Revenue Budget, maximizing Food & Beverage profit through strong sales leadership, smart labour management, and consistent cost controls.
Drive results by marketing the product, building guest loyalty, and creating buzz through great execution and memorable experiences.
Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with all hotel and corporate departments
Attend leadership, operational, and brand meetings as required.
Partner closely with the other managers to evaluate menus, ensure accurate costing, maintain product quality, and keep guests coming back for more.
Shape the future of Chili’s Banff through hands on involvement in the recruitment, hiring, training, and motivation of all front line Food & Beverage employees.
Lead by example every day - bringing a leadership style rooted in energy, accountability, integrity, and fun.
Ensure all front line team members are well trained, look sharp, and deliver prompt, friendly, and authentic Chili’s style service.
Coach, develop, and inspire the Restaurant leadership and supervisor team, creating a culture of ownership and growth.
Engage confidently with employees, guests, and the local community to anticipate service expectations and market trends.
Promote a safe, respectful, and positive work environment, with a strong commitment to health and safety.
Work effectively with the Payroll Department, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
Represent BCP and the Chili’s brand in a way that strengthens our reputation in Banff and beyond.
Additional duties may be assigned to keep our operation running hot and our guests happy.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Post secondary education in Hospitality or Restaurant Management is a strong asset.
Proven leadership experience in a high volume food and beverage operation of similar scale and complexity.
Solid understanding of budgeting, labour management, cost control, and financial performance.
A natural ability to connect with team members, guests, hotel partners, and the local community.
Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and people management skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent communication skills with a positive, confident leadership presence.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
A genuine passion for hospitality, an eye for detail, and pride in delivering bold flavours and standout guest service.
The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced, ever changing environment—especially when the pressure’s on.
