What will be your daily pursuit?:
Supporting Pursuit employees through the coordination and management of staff accomodation allocations.

This is a full-time, seasonal job opportunity until October 31, 2023 with the possibility of extension.

What will you do in this job?:
Coordinate staff accommodation arrivals with People & Culture and department managers
Organize and schedule move-in and move-outs as well as inspections with tenants
Support health and safety initiatives
Administration of the central housing database
Assistance with weekly property inspections
Coordinate routine maintenance work orders
Assign keys to new tenants
Admin and routine maintenance tasks as assigned by the Housing Manager
Occasional travel to the Icefield and Jasper
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
Organizational skills with the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
Meet tight deadlines and adjust to changing priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Empathetic approach, excellent communication and listening skills
