We are hiring for a full time Barista to join our team and help keep Whitebark in it's position as the best cafe in Banff! Job Description:

The barista is responsible for serving all coffee and food products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. Barista's are also responsible for:

Completing tasks in all areas of the cafe (Coffee, Food, Dishwashing, Daily Restock, etc.)
Maintaining a clean and friendly atmosphere to ensure the best possible experience and guest satisfaction.
Ensuring the adherence of Café standards, policies and procedures.
Dealing with customer issues or concerns and communicating these with the Manager.
Carrying out any additional duties assigned by the Cafe Manager and always representing The Whitebark Cafe & The Banff Aspen Lodge in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements:

Successful applicants should have:

Barista experience or a passion for coffee and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in food service a bonus but not required.
The attitude to work with a team or independently.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated passion for serving quality products and maximizing guest satisfaction.
