Job Overview

We are seeking passionate and skilled Bootfitters, Ski Technicians, and Rental Technicians to join our dynamic winter sports team. In this energetic role, you will be the go-to expert for customizing ski boots, maintaining and repairing skis, and providing exceptional rental services to our guests. Your enthusiasm for winter sports combined with your technical expertise will ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, comfortable, and memorable experience on the mountain. Duties

Fit, adjust, and customize ski boots to ensure optimal comfort and performance for guests of all ages, including children.
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and tuning on skis to keep equipment in top condition.
Assist guests with selecting rental gear that suits their skill level and preferences, providing expert advice on equipment features.
Manage rental transactions accurately using cash handling procedures while delivering friendly guest service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of rental shop, repair areas, and storage spaces to promote safety and efficiency.
Educate guests on proper equipment use, safety protocols, and basic ski techniques through clear communication or public speaking when needed.
Support hospitality efforts by creating a welcoming environment for all guests, including children and families, ensuring they feel valued from arrival to departure.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a bootfitter or ski technician with a strong understanding of ski equipment mechanics and fitting techniques.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail during repairs and fittings.
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude; experience working with children is a plus.
Strong communication skills suitable for public speaking or explaining technical details clearly to guests of all ages.
Competency in cash handling procedures with accuracy in transaction processing.
Enthusiasm for winter sports combined with a proactive approach to guest safety and satisfaction.
