Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about food service, food preparation, and delivering exceptional dining experiences. Candidates with restaurant experience, MINIMUM OF 4 YEARS experience as a line cook , and a strong understanding of food safety are encouraged to apply.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly to maintain freshness and prevent contamination
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing workstations
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal results
Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy hours
Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations at all times
Serve dishes promptly and professionally to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
Requirements

Minimum 4 years experience as a line cook on a fast paced kitchen environments is preferred.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation
Strong understanding of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed
Passion for the food industry with a commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
