Moxy Banff is hiring TWO Breakfast Hosts/Hostesses!

1 Full-Time Position: 4-5 days per week, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
1 Part-Time Position: 2-3 days per week, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

You’ll be the face, the welcome, and the energy that kicks off every guest’s day. Hospitality experience is a bonus, but attitude, personality, and passion? Non-negotiable.

What You’ll Be Rocking Daily

Be the ultimate first hello, welcoming guests with warmth, confidence, and signature Moxy flair in the breakfast, beverage, and food areas
Support the kitchen crew at Paul’s Food Bus during busy breakfast hours
Keep tables cleared, clean, and guest-ready by bussing dishes consistently to the dishwasher
Answer guest questions with charm, clarity, and positivity
Maintain the coffee station, Grab & Go, and Fix-It stations—clean, stocked, and always guest-ready
Support the Bar and Welcome Crew to keep the energy flowing
Use POS systems (Micros) to punch in orders when kitchen or bar teams are busy
Know the menu, specials, and house vibes well enough to hype them up
Deliver next-level hospitality while keeping it cool, professional, and fun
What Makes You a Perfect Fit

Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or guest services is a plus (but not a must!)
Strong communication skills
Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments
Comfortable multitasking and adapting on the fly
Familiarity with POS systems is a bonus
Friendly, polished, and confident with a natural people-first attitude
A team player who brings flexibility and good vibes to every shift
Available to work peak times, including weekends and holidays
