About the Role:
As Banff’s hometown hill since 1926, Mount Norquay is a place where work meets adventure. We’re a tight-knit team that keeps the mountain running smoothly for guests all season long.

We’re looking for a Class 2 Bus Driver to join our team for the winter season and help transport guests and staff safely to and from the hill. The ideal candidate is a dependable driver with a strong safety record, great communication skills, and a passion for the mountain lifestyle.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a Class 2 passenger bus in all weather and mountain conditions
Transport guests and staff between designated pick-up points and Mount Norquay
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies
Maintain accurate logs and report any vehicle concerns or incidents
Provide friendly, professional, and helpful service to all passengers
Qualifications

Valid Class 2 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience (bus or commercial vehicle)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable driving in winter and mountain conditions
Punctual, reliable, and safety-focused
