Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and your passion for retail will contribute to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
Engage with customers through product demonstrations and provide detailed information about features and benefits.
Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including handling cash and credit card payments.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are well-presented.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Stay informed about product knowledge to effectively sell items and answer questions from customers.
Skills

Proficient in English; bilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers.
Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features to potential buyers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
