We are seeking a Breakfast Demi Chef de Partie to join a professional kitchen team focused on delivering consistent, high-quality breakfast service. This role is ideal for a reliable and organised chef who enjoys early starts, works efficiently under time pressure, and takes pride in well-executed dishes.
The successful candidate will support senior chefs during breakfast service, assist with preparation, and help ensure smooth, timely service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef during breakfast service
Prepare and cook breakfast menu items with consistency and attention to detail
Execute egg cookery, breakfast proteins, and hot line items to a high standard
Manage service timing to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of dishes
Work across sections as required to support smooth service flow
Follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
Assist with prep, stock rotation, and restocking for service
Communicate clearly and work effectively within the kitchen team
Comply with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety standards
What You’ll Bring:
Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen, with breakfast service experience preferred
Strong understanding of breakfast cookery, including eggs and short-order service
Good knife skills and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, time-sensitive service environment
Strong sense of timing, organisation, and prioritisation
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
Reliability and punctuality for early morning starts
Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
Physical ability to meet the demands of a kitchen role, including lifting up to 50 lbs
