Join Our Team as a Café Supervisor!
We're looking for a passionate and energetic Café Supervisor to lead from the front. Are you a natural leader who thrives in the heart of the action? Our Café Supervisors are just as comfortable crafting the perfect coffee as they are guiding a team. This is a hands-on role in a vibrant, fast-paced café serving hundreds of guests daily—with warmth, speed, and a smile.
As Café Supervisor, you’ll support and lead the team while actively engaging with guests, preparing drinks and food, and helping maintain the welcoming atmosphere we’re known for.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver friendly, attentive service to all guests
Take orders and prepare beverages and snacks to company standards
Keep the café clean and organized, including tables, counters, and equipment
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
Open and close the café as required
Monitor and restock inventory and supplies
Lead and support the café team throughout shifts
Assign daily tasks and ensure the café is ready for service
Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling team members
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
Skills and Experience:
Previous café or hospitality experience; supervisory experience is a strong asset
A hands-on leader who motivates and supports the team
Friendly, approachable, and passionate about delivering great service
Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with basic math and POS systems; Microsoft Office skills are a plus
Food Safety Certification
Full driving licence – a strong asset
Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
