We are seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join a professional, fast-paced kitchen environment. This role suits a motivated chef who takes pride in consistency, teamwork, and technical execution, and who performs well under service pressure.
The successful candidate will support senior chefs in delivering high-quality dishes, contribute across multiple sections as required, and help maintain excellent kitchen standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
Work under the direction of the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver consistent, well-executed dishes
Prepare and cook menu items with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
Operate effectively on assigned sections during service, including hot line and grill where required
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining timing and coordination
Step into different sections as needed to support smooth service flow
Follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards to ensure consistency
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene
Assist with food preparation, restocking, and basic inventory control
Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with the kitchen team
Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety standards
What You’ll Bring:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen environment
Solid understanding of cooking techniques, particularly protein cookery
Good knife skills and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient in a high-pressure service environment
Strong sense of timing and organisation
Willingness to learn and take direction
A positive, team-focused attitude
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical capability to meet the demands of a kitchen role, including lifting up to 50 lbs
