The Expeditor (or 'Expo') is responsible for ensuring efficient communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff. This role ensures that food orders are prepared accurately, plated properly, and delivered promptly to guests while maintaining quality standards and presentation. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-energy environment, communicates clearly and assertively, works with urgency, and maintains a positive, motivating presence during busy service periods.
