Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving team performance. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for excellence, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations and staff performance.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications

Proven experience in a managerial role or similar position within the industry.
