Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage (based on experience and licence class)
Semi-monthly performance bonus based on safety, attendance, customer experience, and operational reliability
Role Summary:

RockFlower Travels Inc. is hiring two (2) Shuttle Bus Drivers to operate a 24-passenger shuttle serving visitors in the Banff / Lake Louise corridor. This role is ideal for a professional, safety-focused driver who enjoys customer-facing work in a tourism environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a 24-seater shuttle safely and professionally on scheduled trips
Conduct pre-trip inspections; report defects and maintenance needs
Support passenger loading/unloading and provide basic trip information
Maintain cleanliness and a respectful guest environment
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and applicable park/road regulations
Complete simple trip logs and incident reporting if required
Qualifications:

Valid Alberta driver’s licence with appropriate class for passenger service (please specify)
Acceptable driver abstract
Strong punctuality and reliability
Customer service mindset and professional communication
Comfortable with early mornings, weekends, and peak-season schedules
Preferred:

Previous shuttle, transit, tour, or commercial driving experience
Familiarity with mountain driving and changing weather conditions
