About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Keyholder to join our team. As a Keyholder, you’ll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service while helping customers navigate the exciting world of cannabis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, taking ownership during their shifts, and supporting both customers and teammates in a fast-paced setting.

What You’ll Do

Create a welcoming experience for every customer
Provide product recommendations and cannabis education
Support daily operations including merchandising and store upkeep
Operate the POS, handle payments, and issue receipts
Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks
Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations, including ID verification
About You

Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell)
Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+)
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check
