Overview:
Mount Norquay is seeking friendly, reliable, and safety-minded individuals to join our team as Lift Attendants for the remainder of the winter season. This is an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in the beautiful Canadian Rockies while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

As a Lift Attendant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our chairlifts, all while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely load and unload guests while following all operational and safety procedures
Monitor chairlift operations and respond to guest needs and safety requirements
Scan lift passes and assist with guest inquiries
Maintain clear communication with team members via radio systems
Provide a friendly, welcoming experience for all resort guests
Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of lift areas
Qualifications:

Physically fit and able to work on your feet in outdoor conditions
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Experience in skiing or snowboarding is an asset
Prior lift operations or resort experience is an asset, but not required
Willingness to follow company policies, wear uniform, and maintain grooming standards
Work Conditions & Physical Requirements:

This role is based outdoors and requires standing for long periods in varying weather
Must be comfortable lifting, shoveling, and performing light physical labor
Shift work, including weekends and holidays, is required during peak season
