Are you an enthusiastic, outdoors-loving individual ready to help others discover the magic of the Rockies? We’re looking for someone ready to jump in and stay with us through both the rest of summer and the full winter season – ideally until May 2026.

At Banff Adventures, we create unforgettable experiences for visitors through custom itineraries, activity bookings, and rentals. From biking in the summer to skating and snowshoeing in the winter, we’re passionate about getting people outdoors—and we want you to be a part of it!

Who We’re Looking For:

You’re friendly, hands-on, and great with people. You have some experience in sales or customer service, and you love sharing your passion for the outdoors. You’re reliable, energetic, and ready to jump into a fast-paced, fun environment.

Your Role:

Help guests book activities and reserve rentals with top-tier customer service
Upsell packages and tours to make every trip unforgettable
Recommend the right gear and trails for each guest
Keep our rental space running smoothly and professionally
Work closely with your teammates to create a welcoming, adventure-ready space
