Join Our Team at The Boss

The Boss Kitchen & Bar is looking for a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Server to join our front-of-house team. This role offers approximately 3–4 shifts per week, with the potential to increase to 5 shifts based on performance and scheduling needs. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional service, and enjoys being part of a supportive and professional team.

What You’ll Bring:
Previous serving experience in a high-volume or full-service restaurant
Strong communication and multitasking skills
A warm, positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Confidence in handling POS systems, taking orders, and managing guest needs efficiently
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service to all guests
Collaborate with hosts, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth flow of service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and service areas
Handle payments accurately and follow all service procedures
