Salary: $85,000 to $250,000 + Bonuses
Are you passionate about the Canadian Rockies and building meaningful business relationships? We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and outgoing Banff & Jasper Destination Partnerships Manager to help expand our partnerships with tourism operators, attractions, accommodations, restaurants, transportation providers, and local businesses throughout Banff, Jasper, and the surrounding mountain parks.

As the largest Canadian Rockies internet presence, we connect millions of travelers with unforgettable experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the region's leading digital tourism platforms while helping local businesses grow their visibility and reach.


Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with tourism businesses throughout Banff, Jasper, Lake Louise, Canmore, and the Canadian Rockies.
Identify new partnership opportunities with attractions, hotels, restaurants, tour operators, transportation companies, and tourism organizations.
Present our digital marketing, advertising, and promotional opportunities to prospective partners.

Manage partner relationships and ensure outstanding customer service.
Attend local tourism events, networking opportunities, and industry meetings.
Work closely with our marketing team to develop successful promotional campaigns.
Help expand our network of destination partners across the Canadian Rockies.


Qualifications

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Sales, tourism, hospitality, or business development experience is considered an asset.
Strong knowledge of Banff, Jasper, and the Canadian Rockies tourism industry.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Professional presentation and negotiation skills.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the region is an asset.
